Refund policy

Our itineraries are digital PDF files. We email the file to you right after you pay.

14-day money-back promise

If the itinerary is not useful for your trip, email us within 14 days of your purchase. We will give you a full refund. You do not need to give a reason.

How to ask for a refund

Reply to your order email, or send an email to trina@peakdcollective.com. Include your order ref (it starts with PKD). We send the refund to your original payment method within 5 working days. Your bank can take 5 to 10 more days to show it.

Problems with the file

If the PDF does not open or a link in it is broken, tell us. We will send you a fixed copy at no cost.
